KEP LPEM FEB UI sets a deadline for submission every month. Every submission, whether new submission, renewal, or amendments, which are submitted until the submission deadline every month and  the submission completion will be immediately checked by Administrator. Incomplete submission will be returned to the investigator and processed in the next submission cycle. Any submissions received after the monthly submission deadline will also be processed the next month. The deadline for submission is on the 28th (unless stated otherwise) because it refers to the Full Board meeting which will be held every third Monday of each month. Meeting date is subject to change without notice.

In general, KEP suggests that investigators to submit for ethical review 2 months before the study starts.

If investigators want to collect data for their study in December 2022, KEP suggests investigators to submit for an ethical review in October 2022 submission cycle to anticipate the possibility of research being reviewed under Full Board procedures and additional requirements from KEP.
